Duggan Named AF&PA CEO

After a lengthy search to replace W. Henson Moore, the American Forest and Paper Association has selected a veteran association lobbyist as president and CEO. Juanita Duggan will take over leadership of the $40 million plus budget organization on Oct. 25, 2006. The search for a successor began last fall when Moore, who has led the association since 1995, announced his plans to retire. Duggan comes to AF&PA from the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America, where she has been president since 1998.
